The friendly staff, especially Agus, added warmth to the experience, guiding us through the quiet surroundings. The location, though serene, required taxi rides for access to amenities and attractions in Ubud, affecting the overall convenience.The option of paid airport shuttle service was a helpful touch, ensuring seamless transfers. The air conditioning and flat-screen TV in the room enhanced comfort, while the laundry service proved convenient for longer stays. However, for sustainable travelers like myself, the lack of eco-friendly initiatives was a missed opportunity.In conclusion, Villa Batu Kurung offers a decent stay with essential amenities, but discerning guests may find the value proposition slightly lacking in terms of overall luxury and sustainability.
